Andrea Pratelli

Andrea joined Clark James Agency as a Junior Recruiter while studying Recruitment in Lincoln. It wasn’t long before he took the leap and opened his own company, taking all the skills he had learnt over the last few years with him. In December 2015, he became a second-tier for HGV Class 1 & 2 Drivers, expanding the horizons for the company. Between 2016-2020, Andrea gained huge contracts for R&V Recruitment Ltd. putting our name on the map. Looking further afield, Andrea opened recruitment branches in New York and Dubai while also expanding the R&V name in the UK with two new branches in Luton and Leicester.

Joanna Wojcik

In 2018, Joanna joined R&V as a recruiter, specialising in matching the best candidates with our growing list of clients. However, Joanna quickly realised her potential within the planning side of the business, and by mid-2019, she was already negotiating contracts for the agency with excellent results. In 2020, after months of hard work and dedicating herself to improving the prospects of R&V, Joanna became Director, proving to herself and the rest of R&V that hard work and perseverance will always pay off. Over the coming years, Joanna hopes to drive R&V forward with her expert management skills, helping to expand the company to fulfil its long-term plans.
